What you will see here is a mostly sarcastic look on the most obvious buzzword bingo terms in software engineering in the 21st century. My goal is to explain why certain things work, and also especially why certain things don’t work. As I am also a consultant offering companies a headstart in software engineering management and workflow design, I decided to tell the world how to do it better.
The roles i was taking in software development span multiple disciplines from development back then and now, product management, agile and traditional methods, and so on.
